Q: Can I buy SCARPA shoes if I live outside Auckland?

A: Yes, we frequently courier shoes around NZ and sometimes the world! Once you've confirmed availability in your size/colour/style through pip@scarpa.co.nz you simply email Pip or phone the respective store with your payment and address details.

Q: What if they're the wrong size/fit/I don't like them?

A: Simply send back unworn within 2 working days and we'll refund your credit card.

Q: How much is it to get shoes couriered to me?

A: Items $150-$299 = $10, $300-$499 = $15, $500-$999 = $20 and $1000+ = $40. *Courier fees are non-refundable and we only courier Mon-Thurs morning. *Maximum of 3 pairs per customer.
